Individual, Couples or Family Therapy Sessions:  Approximately 50 minutes to one hour in duration, these sessions are geared to address issues related to mental health disturbance, symptomatology , adjustment issues or relationship conflicts.  Assignments may be given to assist in increasing therapeutic progress between sessions. Fee for service is $100.

Mental Health Evaluation: A mental health evaluation will provide an account of background information and history and will include diagnostic impressions and recommendations as required by referring individuals or agencies.  While this does not take the place of a psychiatric evaluation by a medical doctor, this type of evaluation can provide preliminary impressions related to psychological health.  The fee for this service is $150.

Alternatives to Violence Treatment Program: This 16 week program is designed to assist individuals with domestic violence issues to address attitudes, emotional responses, interpersonal conflicts, cycle of violence, family conflicts and the development of a plan of prevention to help ensure family and community safety.  The fee for this service is $32 per session.

The following represents a description of sexual deviance-related services and corresponding fees for this Agency.  The requirements for comprehensive services and specific documentation for sexual offender treatment are in compliance with the standards for practice established by The Association for the Treatment of Sexual Abusers (ATSA) and the treatment certification guidelines of the Pennsylvania Sexual Offender Assessment Board.

Initial Assessment:  Approximately one hour meeting with the potential client individually to review history, gain a current perspective on the client’s disposition regarding the offense and obtain information about the client’s sexual behavior and relationship history.  Determinations about the appropriateness of sexual offender or other forms of mental heath services in addition to the most appropriate modality of treatment and group placement for the client are identified.  A three to five page summary report is provided to the referring agent.  Fee for service is $100.*
